Two Ways to Apply:

1. Use your credit card information. This is the simplest, quickest way to set up a wholesale account as a guarantee for your orders and to accept inventory on credit.
2. Provide credit references. If you do not wish to use your credit card to secure orders, we will need to check your credit and perform credit checks with your references.

In either case, we're sorry about the paperwork! But please understand it is necessary to extend credit so that our business interests are protected. Note: your personal information is safe with us and will not be stored in our computer once it has been verified.

Before you apply, please note that:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be an authorized officer of the business to submit this application. If the information is incomplete, we may not be able to approve the application.
• Please note: If applicable, both you and the business shall be liable individually and jointly for all charges and balances on the account.
